This is the culmination of twenty-seven years of research, study, testing, fine-tuning and response to client requests and feedback.
Four sessions of 45 minutes, each, are included with registration.
The course subjects include: IQ vs EQ, Communication Skills, Conflict Management and Resolution, Time Management, Organizing a Team, Championing Change, Diversity of Thought, and Leading with Core Values.
The first day begins with afternoon classes followed by a reception. Day 2 includes breakfast, morning classes, lunch, and afternoon classes. Day 3 begins with breakfast again, followed by classes, lunch, and a wrap up session.
