Objective: The identification, preparation, and development of individuals within your organization who are best characterized as leaders at all levels. Building your bench strength.

Intended Audience: Individuals who might be new to management and supervision, those already operating in a managerial or leadership role but who are new to your organization, those identified as having significant potential for advancement, those who, having been elevated to a managerial role in the past, need a better set of soft/power skills together with those who would benefit from a leadership skills refresher.

General Description of the Program: a multi-faceted program consisting of standardized assessments, classroom sessions, and individual one-on-one coaching sessions.



We offer an open-enrollment, in-person, 3-day seminar covering a variety of leadership skills and we offer customizable engagements for organizations.

Yes! We regularly work with different organizations to develop private-label leadership development programs.

This is the culmination of twenty-seven years of research, study, testing, fine-tuning and response to client requests and feedback.

Four sessions of 45 minutes, each, are included with registration.

The course subjects include: IQ vs EQ, Communication Skills, Conflict Management and Resolution, Time Management, Organizing a Team, Championing Change, Diversity of Thought, and Leading with Core Values.

The first day begins with afternoon classes followed by a reception. Day 2 includes breakfast, morning classes, lunch, and afternoon classes. Day 3 begins with breakfast again, followed by classes, lunch, and a wrap up session.
